Selection Process For Pay Level 6, 7, and 8 positions: Selection based on written test in 1 or 2 stages: Test 1: Objective test (Arithmetic ability, English, General Knowledge, Computers, Current affairs, Reasoning) Test 2: Descriptive test (Short answers, long answers, essay writing, letter writing, comprehension, computer skills) No travel or other expenses reimbursed for attending written tests. Detailed test schedule communicated to eligible candidates separately. For Pay Level 10 and above positions: Selection includes a personal interview and/or written test based on the number of eligible applicants. Economy class air fare reimbursed for attending interview with proof of travel. Place of Posting Permanent campus in Gambheeram Village, Anandapuram Mandal, Visakhapatnam. Positions are interchangeable across cadres; duties, responsibilities, and reporting relationships may change as needed. Possible transfer to any future Campus/Centre in India as deemed necessary by the Institute. Candidates employed in Government or Government Organizations: Must apply through proper channel or produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview. Upload the letter of forwarding of application or a self-declaration for submission of NOC at the time of interview in the relevant column in the online application. If shortlisted, they can participate in the selection process only on production of the original letter of forwarding of application or NOC. Regularly visit the IIM Visakhapatnam website (www.iimv.ac.in/careers) for updates and amendments. Applications must be complete, and all required documents should be uploaded. All information must be supported by documentary evidence. Incomplete, incorrect, or sketchy applications, or applications submitted in any other format, will be rejected.
